7.1 Controllers of Personal Data Collection
For Personal Data collected as part of the creation of the User’s personal account and their browsing on the Site, the controller of the Personal Data processing is: COMAT.

The Data Protection Officers (DPOs) are Benoît PAGOT (b.pagot@comat.space) and Gauthier AMIGUES (g.amigues@comat.space).
As the controller of the data it collects, https://comat.space undertakes to comply with the applicable legal framework. In particular, it is responsible for determining the purposes of its data processing, providing prospects and clients, upon collection of their consent, with comprehensive information on the processing of their personal data, and maintaining a processing register that accurately reflects reality.
Whenever https://comat.space processes Personal Data, https://comat.space takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data with regard to the purposes for which https://comat.space processes them.
7.2 Purpose of the Collected Data

Nevertheless, https://comat.space remains free to choose its technical and commercial processors, provided that they offer sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR : No. 2016-679).
https://comat.space undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and, in particular, to ensure that it is not disclosed to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Client’s Information is brought to the attention of https://comat.space, it shall inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken.
Furthermore, https://comat.space does not collect any “sensitive data”. The User’s Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of https://comat.space and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively for the purposes of this policy. Within the scope of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes stated above, the main persons who may have access to Users’ data from https://comat.space are primarily employees of our customer service department.
8. Incident Notification
